Track your period, symptoms and mood
Log a period in one tap
Tap Period started when it starts and Period ended when it ends. Forgot? Pick yesterday or any earlier day, or let the app end your period for you.
See your next period and fertile window
The calendar shows your logged periods, your next predicted periods and an estimated fertile window, for the next three months.
Note how each day went
Flow, mood, symptoms from cramps to brain fog, energy, discharge and intimacy, with a tap on an icon. Add a short note for anything else.
Sleep, hot flashes and night sweats
Note how long and how well you slept, and how many hot flashes and night sweats you had, so you can see how they change over time. They're in the spreadsheet export too.
Follow your cycles
Your average cycle and period length, how much your cycles vary, and a history of every cycle.
Honest predictions
Predictions are shown as a range of days, not a single date. When your period is late or your cycles look unusual, the app says so.
Irregular cycles and perimenopause
For when your cycles become irregular, for example in perimenopause or after stopping the pill. Turn on My cycles are irregular: cycles of up to 90 days count, predictions show a wider range, and the app doesn't ask whether you forgot to log a period. If your cycles vary a lot, the app suggests it once. It won't tell whether you're in perimenopause, and it isn't birth control: pregnancy is still possible.
Reminders tied to your real cycle
Set a reminder for a day after your period actually starts or ends, like "on day 10 after my period starts" or "every other day for a week after it ends". It waits until you log the start or end, so it follows your real cycle, not a guess. There's also a heads-up before your predicted period, a daily check-in, and a nudge when your period seems late.
Medications and supplements
Keep your own list, like HRT gel, magnesium or iron, and tick off what you took each day, so you can see how it relates to your symptoms. The app doesn't tell you what to take.
Reminders to take them
Every day, on chosen weekdays, monthly, or on and off like 21 days on and 7 off, up to four times a day. Tap Taken or Snooze right on the notification, and if you haven't ticked them as taken, the reminder can come once more.
Move to a new phone
Save everything to one backup file, encrypted with a passphrase you choose, and restore it on your new phone. Already logged something there? Merge the two, or replace it.
Export a spreadsheet
Export your history as an Excel file, one row per day, to open in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers, or to share with your doctor.
A period tracker that doesn't share your data
Your cycle is personal. Vibe Days keeps it that way: there's no account to create and no server to send your data to, so it never leaves your phone.
- Everything you log is stored only on your phone.
- There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
- It works offline, without an internet connection.
- Reminders are scheduled on your phone, and by default the lock screen only says "Vibe Days reminder".
- Backups are encrypted on your phone with a passphrase only you know, and you decide where the file goes.

Doctor's summary Planned
One page about the last months to show at an appointment: cycle and period lengths, how often symptoms came up, hot flashes, night sweats, sleep and the medications you took. Plain facts from what you logged, no diagnosis.
Why we made Vibe Days
We built Vibe Days out of a personal need: no other app offered what we were looking for. We wanted a period tracker that is private, easy to use and free of ads, with reminders you can count on: for many women they're very useful, and sometimes even critical. So everything you log stays on your phone, logging a period takes one tap, reminders follow your cycle, and there are no ads.
We also had perimenopause in mind. Women in perimenopause have become more aware of the changes in their bodies, and we wanted an app that helps with that, not just another calendar for marking period days. So Vibe Days supports irregular cycles, and lets you log hot flashes, night sweats, sleep and symptoms like brain fog or joint pain.

What it is not
Not birth control, not medical advice
Predictions are estimates based on the periods you log, and cycles vary. Don't use them to prevent pregnancy. The app doesn't give medical advice: if something about your cycle worries you, talk to a doctor.
